PixelField is a free multiplayer pixel art game played in the browser on one permanent shared canvas. Pick a colour, claim a cell, and build alongside everyone else in real time. Everything below is the whole game: placing pixels, energy, XP and levels, coins, countries, clans and PixelField Pro.
Placing a pixel is three steps:
The pixel updates for every player in real time once it is confirmed.
Free players regenerate 1 pixel every 30 seconds, up to 5 stored at once. These are the current defaults — an admin can change the regeneration interval and stored capacity at any time.
Bonus pixels (from packs or rewards) are a separate pool from regenerated pixels, and are always spent first.
Every valid pixel placement awards XP — currently 1 pixel = 1 XP.
Your level shows how much you have played. It appears on your profile and on the leaderboard, and never gives a gameplay advantage: stored pixel capacity and the premium colors come with PixelField Pro, not with levels.
Coins are earned from daily login streaks, placement milestones, achievements and leaderboard rewards. They are spent on cosmetics — profile badges, borders and additional colour themes — never on anything that places pixels faster.
Every pixel you place contributes one point to your country's total on the country leaderboard — ownership of the pixel itself is not tied to a country, only the contribution counts.
Clans are opt-in groups: create one, join one, or leave at any time. A clan's total is the sum of its members' placements, tracked on the clan leaderboard.
PixelField Pro is currently €4.99/month — the current default price, which an admin can change. Pro is not pay-to-win: it does not place pixels any faster than the regeneration rate everyone shares.
